Spring is coming and soon Easter will be here before you know it! If you grew up with Hungarian traditions in your home, maybe you remember the wonderful smell of kalács, kifli, or rétes baking in the oven or maybe you helped with sausage and hurka preparations. Next month I will share a recipe for rakot krumpli–it is one of my favorite dishes and is a great way to use up all those hard boiled eggs from Easter! Many Hungarian traditions revolve around food so if you start looking, you will surely find one that appeals to your inner cook!
