You can order online anytime. We do not have an actual store with store hours. But you can call us toll free at 1-800-786-7851. We are a home based and family run business. We are most able to take your calls between 9am and 8pm Central Standard Time. If we do not answer the phone, we are probably on the other line. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We value your trust very highly, and will work to protect the privacy of any personal information. We use the information collected on this site for the sole purpose of fulfilling a customer order, or contacting a customer in the event that a problem occurs with an order.
How quickly do you ship?
If you order early enough in the day, there are some situations where we are able to ship the same day. In many cases, you will receive your order in one week. There are times, however, when we are waiting for product from Hungary or from our other vendors. If you have a time sensitive order, please mention that in the COMMENTS section on the check out page or call us at 1-800-786-7851 and we will do what we can to accommodate you!
What is your Guarantee & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt replacement, credit, or refund.

How do I store meat products I purchase?
Our meat products are vacuum packaged to seal in the freshness by removing the air within the package. To maintain original quality and flavor, refrigerate upon arrival. After opening a vacuum package, remove the remainder of the product and refrigerate. If the package breaks its seal during shipping and arrives loose, simply remove from package, wash with warm water, dry with a towel, and store unwrapped in the refrigerator.
How do I store the nut and poppy biegli?
For long-term storage, we recommend you store the beigli in the freezer. This will ensure a fresh tasting product. You may refrigerate the biegli when you receive it and bring it to room temperature before you cut it if you are using it within a few days.
