I would like to place an order to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or to another country.

Please send a list of the items you would like to order and the quantity and your address to liz@magyarmarketing.com and we will create a PayPal invoice for you once shipping has been determined.

When will the Round Dumpling Maker be available?

This item is completely unavailable due to inflated costs and our wholesaler refusing to bring them in. The slide-style is a great alternative. Call me at 800.786.7851 to talk about it!!!!

What are your hours?

You can order online anytime. We do not have an actual store with store hours. But you can call us toll free at 1-800-786-7851. We are a home based and family run business. We are most able to take your calls between 9am and 8pm Central Standard Time. If we do not answer the phone, we are probably on the other line. Please leave a message or email liz@magyarmarketing.com a time to best reach you.

What is your privacy policy?

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We value your trust very highly, and will work to protect the privacy of any personal information. We use the information collected on this site for the sole purpose of fulfilling a customer order, or contacting a customer in the event that a problem occurs with an order.

Can we order a stack of catalogs for our Hungarian club members?

We would be happy to send the catalogs to you. Please email liz@magyarmarketing.com with your club name, mailing address and the number of catalogs you are interested in. Or you may call 1-800-786-7851.

How quickly do you ship?

If you order early enough in the day, there are some situations where we are able to ship the same day. In many cases, you will receive your order in 7-10 days. There are times, however, when we are waiting for product from Hungary or from our other vendors. If you have a time sensitive order, please mention that in the COMMENTS section on the check out page or call us at 1-800-786-7851 and we will do what we can to accommodate you!

What is your Guarantee & Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it, unused, within 30 days for a prompt replacement, credit, or refund.

Can our we do a fundraiser for our Hungarian Club through Magyar Marketing?

How do I store meat products I purchase?

Our meat products are vacuum packaged to seal in the freshness by removing the air within the package. To maintain original quality and flavor, refrigerate upon arrival. After opening a vacuum package, remove the remainder of the product and refrigerate. If the package breaks its seal during shipping and arrives loose, simply remove from package, wash with warm water, dry with a towel, and store unwrapped in the refrigerator.

How do I store the nut and poppy biegli?

For long-term storage, we recommend you store the beigli in the freezer. This will ensure a fresh tasting product. You may refrigerate the biegli when you receive it and bring it to room temperature before you cut it if you are using it within a few days.

We have had customers report they have lost their biegli in the freezer for a year or more and they tasted fine. Use your judgment. We are double wrapping the beiglis now because many customers are buying a quantity to have on hand in the freezer.

Absolutely, please include the message in the comment box during checkout. Your message can be in either Hungarian or English. We are happy to provide a Hungarian translation if you do not have one.

I was given a shirt as a gift and it is the wrong size, what should I do?

Please call and we will be happy to exchange it for you!

My mother started Magyar Marketing in 1988. Since she died in November 2008, the business has moved to Evansville, IN. We appreciate your support!!!
