There are many ways to make dumplings! This nokedli maker is great to work with and makes fast and easy dumplings for your paprikas and gulyas!
Recipe included if you need one but hopefully you have a recipe handed down through the generations! SOmetimes I will make up a batch of nokedli a day or two in advance. It is important to drain and quick cool after you cook them and put them in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Bring a pot of water to boil on the stove when getting ready to serve, drop the dumplings in for about a minute to bring them up to temperature, drain and serve!
This is easy to clean if you deal with it right after making your nokedli. We do not recommend soaking it in water–just clean as you go and let it air dry and you will be in good shape!
