Zöldbab Fözelek

Another great Hungarian recipe:
Fresh Green Beans or Wax Beans in Sour Cream - (Zöldbab Fözelek)
1 ˝ pounds of fresh beans remove ends and cut in bite size pieces. Rinse and drain
3 T oil

Paprikas Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes
1 green pepper
salt to taste
1 T. sweet paprika
2 T. oil
4 hot dogs (or kolbasz slices)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 fresh tomato
Chop the onions finely and then sauté t

Cabbage Noodles

2 large head cabbage, grated into small pieces
2 heaping tbsp.salt
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. pepper
*Square or bowtie egg noodles
In a large bowl put grated cabbage. Sprinkle salt over top
