Coconut cubes and Coconut rolls – October 2. 2021. 10 am Central, 11am Eastern
Tunde says: These two recipes are dear to my heart, as my grandmother made them for every Christmas. If you like chocolate and coconut together, you will definitely make these more than once a year.
The coconut cubes are small cakes with chocolate-coconut coating. The coconut roll is an easy, no-bake recipe. A big batch is 4-6 rolls. Wrap the rolls individually and freeze them. This is a perfect little dessert to have ready when you have unexpected guests.
Linzer – November 13. 2021. 10 am Central, 11am Eastern
