Let’s make a delicious Beef Soup (Gulyásleves) – June 5. 2021 11am Eastern (10am Central)
Gulyás is the most famous Hungarian dish. If you like cooking shows, you have probably seen a few versions of it prepared. Most likely, those dishes have very little in common with our traditional recipe. A rich soup (gulyásleves), made with the same meat base, lots of vegetables and homemade noodles, best if cooked on open fire, in a big cauldron (bogrács).
During this class, Tunde will teach us how to make this wonderful soup. If you take the bread class in May, you will be able to make your bread as well and enjoy a wonderful meal! As always, we will share tips, tricks and our stories. These are live, interactive online classes via Zoom. Come and join in on the fun!
